Our Soap Titles
We looked at a range of different soap opera trailers to see how they have introduced their characters and how they have used the titles.
We decided to take some inspiration from this trailer as it freezes on one character at a time and shows their names, this introduces the character really well, the audience doesn't get confused on which character is which and they will also be more drawn into the soap.
Within our own trailer we want to have the characters walking into a pub towards the camera, as each one comes in we think it will be a good idea to slow it down and have the characters look at the camera, this way we can put their names or personalities at the bottom of the screen to introduce each one.
